Woman shocked to receive empty iPhone 13 Pro Max box from Lazada; parcel allegedly tampered with

A woman was shocked to see that her parcel, containing a S$1,600 phone ordered from Lazada, arrived empty. The package wrapping was allegedly tampered with. The customer took to Facebook to share what happened, noting her order was an iPhone 13 Pro Max worth S$1,624.49. “The moment I received and opened the package, I received an empty box with no iPhone inside,” said the woman. She attached a photo of the iPhone box; the phone and cable were missing. Members from the online community advised consumers to avoid getting high-ticket items delivered to prevent such issues. “For valuable items, I usually self-collect.
