SGH demands 73-year-old woman to pay $230 for medical services rendered

Facebook user Teo En Ming shared that the Singapore General Hospital has sent a lawyer's letter to his 73-year-old mother, demanding that she pays up $230 for medical services rendered. He claims that his mother cannot read English.
