Singapore — A 36-year-old condominium in Pasir Panjang Road offers a unique way of transporting residents across its floors – a funicular lift that feels like riding a tram. The Palisades at 294 Pasir Panjang Road, offers a sea view of the Singapore Straits for resort-style living. There are three of them in Asia and 10 in the world, the post noted. But at the Palisades, however, there is only one lift, so when it’s under maintenance or out of service, residents will need to walk up the very long set of stairs. A listing by PropertyGuru puts the price for one 3,294 sq ft unit at S$3.3 million.
