SBS Transit stunned as bus gets stuck in tennis court at Yio Chu Kang

For the second time in two days, a public bus went off its route and got stuck in the most unlikeliest of places. It has happened after an SMRT bendy bus got stuck in a field at Kim Keat after trying to make a u-turn in a grass patch at Kim Keat Avenue.  This time it is an SBS Transit bus. It was found in a tennis court next to Yio Chu Kang MRT station on Friday (Sept 30) evening. The bus apparently crashed through a fence and hit a lamppost before coming to a stop. The tennis court was not occupied at the time of the incident and no one was reported injured. Ms Tammy Tan, senior vice-president of corporate communications, said that SBS Transit was "stunned that this has happened and will certainly be launching an investigation into it."
