A community worker who works with single mothers, Vivian Pan, today shared some screenshots of a private conversation she had with a single mother. The single mother asked Vivian if she could exchange 3 Milo tins she had for NTUC vouchers because she needs some groceries. Vivian said that the woman is a single mother of two primary school children.
