Fire raging at Punggol Waterway - illegal fire crackers the cause?

Joe Mei posted a picture in Facebook of a fire raging in Punggol Waterway. Amos Koh posted about how big the fire may be. He is able to view it from his flat. Others commenters on the post expressed concern and also called for help. Danial Kaisar said that he was at the benches with his bike when he saw some youths playing with what looks like fire crackers. He posted a video and asked if that was the reason for the fire at Punggol Waterway.
