CapitaLand Commercial Trust's top 10 tenants are its own stakeholders

A CapitaLand Commercial Trust's (CCT) showed that the top 10 tenants who contributed 36 percent of its monthly gross rental income came from its own stakeholders. CCT is Singapore’s First and Largest Commercial REIT 8 – 9. Temasek owns 40 percent of CapitaLand and CCT, and about 20 percent of StanChart.
