21 year-old Singaporean man dies in car accident in Johor

By: Kheng-Liang Tan According to Batu Pahat Police Chief ACP Abdul Wahib Musa, a Singaporean man has died after his car crashed into the back of a lorry yesterday (10 Sep). The impact collision was between the rear-left of the lorry and the driver's side of the car, leaving 21 year-old Ng Kai Jie suffered serious head injuries which he succumbed to. Both the lorry driver Baharom Ibrahim and his passenger, 23 year-old Ngian Zhi How, escaped with minor injuries. Mr Ng's body has been sent to Sultanah Nora Ismail Hospital for post-mortem. No other details were available at press time.
