‘What is he thinking?’ Singaporeans react to Lim Tean’s arrest
Lim Tean was supposed to surrender himself to the State Courts on Aug 3 but could not be contacted by his lawyer or bailor. He was later arrested in Johor Bahru and handed over to Singapore authorities.
